Laurence Fishburne

From the ripe old age of 14, when he was hired to appear
in Coppola's Appocalypse Now, until he played Othello at 34, Laurence
Fishburne has always looked older than his actual age.
Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times critic, takes Fishburne through his
acting career in movies that include the more recent Matrix, School Daze,
Boy'z In the Hood as well as his knockout performance as Ike Turner in "What's Love Got to Do With It?
Fishburne is the recipient of the Career Achievement Award and presented his
directorial debut Once In The Life at this year's Chicago Film Festival. (part 1)
