Short film in Europe
Go Short will be an annually film festival about short films of European filmmakers. The festival hopes to reach an audience and starting film professionals at the same time. Het festival wil hiermee zowel publiek bedienen als (startende) filmprofessionals. Besides competitionprograms for short fiction films, documentaries, animation films and experimental films, there will be a range of other filmprograms. The first edition of the film festival focusses on short films from Iceland, and the short film oeuvre of Swedish writer/ director Jens Jonsson. There will be a retrospective of short films from renowned feature film makers.

Organisatie
The management of Go Short lies with Drs. Lisa ter Berg and MA Kirsten Ruber, both well known within the Dutch cultural sector and festival circuit. The board of Go Short consists of seven members with various expertise.
