CineYouth kicked off: Cinema/Chicago's annual festival highlighting shorts

CineYouth, Cinema/Chicago's annual festival highlighting shorts by the next generation of filmmakers from across the U.S. and around the world, begins TONIGHT!

Join us in person at FACETS Chicago (1517 W. Fullerton Ave.) this weekend to see amazing and inspiring short films and special live Q&As with filmmakers.

Our Opening Night presentation of Chicagoland is rush-only. Rush tickets will be available at the door 10 minutes before the screening begins. And limited free tickets remain available for some hair-raising shorts at tonight's Late Night Thrills program!

Join us tonight at FACETS for our Opening Night presentation of Chicagoland, showcasing a multitude of stories, from narrative and documentary to music video, highlighting the diversity of the Chicago area. From student activists fighting to stop a polluter from entering their South Side community to an eloquently photographed depiction of a Midwestern farm, you don't want to miss this!
