"Through the Pane" will have its Los Angeles premiere at Hollywood Shorts, hosted at the Genesis Cinema Lounge, at 6356 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, CA on Sunday, May 1st, 2016 at 7:30p. There is a cocktail reception beforehand from 6-7:30p. ADMISSION is FREE! (Cash bar)

The film's director, Dawn Westlake, will be in attendance. "Through the Pane" features an original score by Gregory Johnson of Acoustic Labs. Gregory's music can also be heard in the Tom Hanks-starrer "A HOLOGRAM FOR THE KING" currently in wide release throughout the United States. "Through the Pane" was shot/edited by Pol Carrizo Vilarroig of Imatge Barcelona. The film is a personal one, based on the memoir chapter written by the director's father, Donald G. Westlake, about his acceptance of the death of his beloved wife of 62 years.
