Myriad Pictures is pleased to announce the acquisition of IMPLANTED, a sci-fi thriller directed and written by Fabien Dufils and co-written by David Bourgie, starring Michelle Girolami (Off the Loop, The Over/Under), Candace McAdams, Edouard Montoute (Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra, Taxi franchise, “Cut”), Martin Ewens (Sherlock Holmes) and Ivo Velon (Salt, The Brave One).  IMPLANTED Films produced in association with Mad Street Motion Pictures.
 
Myriad Pictures will premiere IMPLANTED at the Marche du Film Pre-Cannes Screenings later in June.
 
Filmed on location in New York City and Paris, IMPLANTED is a thriller that centers around Sarah, a struggling young woman in Brooklyn who volunteers to be a test subject for an experimental brain nano-chip that quickly turns deadly when it orders her to commit crimes.
