by, Cameron Lui
This heavy metal centric horror thriller is based in a KKK inspired white supremacist barn party green room. If you love dogs and want to continue not being afraid of them don’t watch this movie, trust me.
The premise of the movie is pretty unique and it opens with some awesome moments but as with most horror movies it gets painfully predictable. I won’t give any spoilers but you can probably guess who lives out of the band and the random blonde girl they get stuck with.
The film takes place pretty much entirely inside of the bands green room and they are each picked off one by one as they try to escape then retreat back into the room multiple times. Unfortunately, the movie gets a little repetitive and the ending is extremely disappointing.
However, Patrick Stewart delivers a terrific performance as what seems to be a skin-head colt leader. The movie does a good job at creating suspense and their use of killer dogs still has me jumping every time I see one out on the streets.
I would say to see this film if you are into that sort of genre. There is a lot of violence and an inspiring soundtrack so for the right group of people this film can be pretty enjoyable. 22.05.2015 | Cannes's blog Cat. : Cameron Lui Green Room Killer Dogs Patrick Stewart
