The Consensus New York 2017 (3rd Annual Blockchain Technology Summit) presented by CoinDesk was held at the Marriott Marquis, New York, May 22-24, 2017. The Internet’s Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) and Cryptocurrency annual event included the launch of a decentralized blockchain storage system by Blockstack.org, R3 Corda Blockchain operating system, PRISM cryptocurrency portfolio by ShapeShift.io, TOKEN browser/messaging app by Coinbase, a special presentation of EOS, Blockchain operating system, exhibitor show, and network receptions sponsored by EOS. Financial technology industry leaders, healthcare professionals and government officials from around the world were in attendance.
The Second Annual Proof-of-Work Award honoring the best innovation among entrepreneurs and startups in the blockchain technology (decentralized database) and cryptocurrencies (digital currencies) went to WILL WARREN and AMIR BANDEALI of 0x.
