Vault AI - New President, Insights and StrategyVault AI, the trailblazing tech and consumer insights firm, has promoted Rachel Krauss to President, Insights and Strategy with immediate effect. The announcement was made today by David Stiff, CEO and co-founder of Vault AI.
In her new role, Krauss leads the insights team and transforms the raw data from Vault AI’s machine-learning models into clear, actionable and valuable insights that clients can easily understand. Based in Los Angeles, the former MarketCast SVP launched the unscripted TV offerings for the AI-powered research company which became a driving force during the pandemic. Krauss most recently served as SVP Insights and Strategy at Vault AI and joined the company in 2019 as the VP of Insights and Strategy, where she was tasked to build the department and capabilities out of the U.S.
The appointment comes at a dynamic time for Vault AI as the company has upended the market research industry by using their proprietary mix of performance datasets, machine learning and a team of consumer insight experts to deliver powerful research and analysis with the highest accuracy and fastest turnaround time. Vault AI already delivers data-powered consumer insights for many of the leading streamers, TV networks and film studios and enables clients to unlock better and quicker content decisions across production, development and marketing. The Vault AI platform helps forecast audience insights such as demand, demographic breakdown and core drivers without needing to rely on time consuming surveys and focus groups.
“Rachel has a proven track record with deep relationships in the industry and has been instrumental in the company’s acceleration and expansion. She is a trusted and experienced insights and market research executive and we are pleased to expand her role as Vault AI continues its rapid growth,” said David Stiff, CEO of Vault AI.
“My job, and what the insights team does so well, is to ensure we are delivering next-level insights – strategic recommendations with a clear POV for our entertainment clients. And our cutting edge, AI-powered methodology allows us to do just that and brings so much to the table. I am delighted to be working with the brilliant minds at Vault AI particularly during this key time of development and expansion for the company,” added Krauss.
Krauss is an experienced insights and market research executive with nearly 20 years of holistic project and team management expertise in the media/entertainment (TV, SVOD, Film, Home Entertainment and Gaming), CPG and other verticals across a wide variety of research types. Prior to joining Vault AI, Krauss was SVP and General Manager, Franchise and Content Strategy at MarketCast where she managed and built a staff of 40 over a ten-year span. She also served as a Sr. Consumer Insights & Marketing Research Executive for Paramount Media Networks (formerly ViacomCBS) and also held research roles at Dynamic Logic – Kantar’s (formerly named Millward Brown) Digital Practice and The Lewin Group.
Vault AI recently closed an $8 million Series A funding round late last year co-led by Hearst Ventures and PICO Venture Partners. Other participants in the Series A included existing Vault investors TV Azteca and Remagine Ventures. They also announced a partnership with Whip Media, using their TV Time app to provide AI-powered content and character insights for Vault AI’s clients globally.
Vault AI is based in Los Angeles and Israel, with a current headcount of 53 staffers. 08.11.2022 | American Film Market Dailies's blog Cat. : PEOPLE
