Set in Iran in 1959, the film follows ex-Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh living under house arrest and suffering from a life-threatening condition. Mossadegh must decide whether or not to trust a brilliant American physician that is sent to treat him.

A story of two young boys who are taking care of their sick grandmother. they spend their days growing and selling vegetables in order to buy medicine for their grandmother.
