The FUNCHAL INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL - MADEIRA ISLANDS will explores new trends in art films produced during the last two years.
Films will compete for the "Funchal city award", in the "Pearl of the Atlantic".
The Festival has in mind the promotion of films known to be progressists. Official Selection (for competition or information): -Fiction Films, -Images and Documents, -Short Films of 1min. max. duration; -Films for Children, -Video. Some special programs.
The aim of the CineEco’2003 is to promote the Natural, Ecological and Cultural values, as well as the promotion of Serra da Estrela heritage and touristic richness.
The works should be presented to the competition until 21st August 2003.
