BLUE Ocean Film Festival announced the festival’s 2010 award winning films at the BLUE Carpet Awards held at the Golden State Theater in Monterey. For several years now the Festival de Cannes has put forward a programme of outdoor screenings as part of the Official Selection called the Cinéma de la Plage.
