Cultpix.com is the world’s first global streaming platform dedicated to vintage exploitation and genre films. Cultpix has recently celebrated its first anniversary, having gone from 400 films to 800 films in one year of operation, and adding 5-10 more titles every week.
Cultpix has agreements with companies and institutions like AGFA (the American Genre Film Archive), Something Weird Video, Vinegar Syndrome, Synapse Films, SF Studios, Klubb Super 8, Penny Video, ARRI/Lisa Film, the British Film Institute and the Hungarian Film Institute.
The latest deal is with Severin Films, one of the world’s most important distributors of genre film. Cultpix is happy to have signed an agreement with the company for 10 titles, streaming worldwide as SVOD, whereof two documentaries by Severin’s own David Gregory, two examples of “video nasties”, The Female Bunch by Al Adamson and four classic mondo movies. Six of the films are streamed this week as a Severin Films theme week.
