With nearly 100 films available from March 27 to May 25, 2020, MyFrenchFilmFestival - STAY HOME Edition has recorded more than 1.3 million views worldwide.
During the confinement period following the health crisis, MyFrenchFilmFestival, UniFrance's online festival, offered to discover or rediscover more than 80 short films and 20 feature films from the last 10 editions.
Available for free for two months on MyFrenchFilmFestival.com but also on the festival's YouTube and Facebook pages, the films selected have recorded more than 1.3 million views in more than 200 territories. Subtitled in more than 10 languages, these films have enjoyed remarkable success in several European countries, but also and above all in Latin America and Japan, where the YouTube channel has been particularly popular.
MyFrenchFilmFestival is organized by UniFrance, the organization in charge of promoting French cinema internationally. The STAY HOME edition has received support from: CNC, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Institut Français, TitraFilm, Agency for French Education Abroad (aefe), France Médias Monde , Télérama, Webedia, What the France, Corre Camara, International Film Festival Calabria.
