A series of live broadcasts featuring top international festivals heads and other representatives of the world film industry will be streamed on the instagram page of the Odesa International Film Festival. The guest of the first Live, which is to be held April 7 at 7 pm, is Karel Och, a member of the European Film Academy, art director of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and 10th OIFF International Competition Jury member. Julia Sinkevych, general producer of the Odesa International Film Festival, will be moderating Q&A with the audience.
Karel Och studied film history and theory at Charles University in Prague. In 2001 he joined the team of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Initially he was a member of the selection committee and was responsible for the documentary program and retrospectives. In 2010 he was appointed artistic director.
The live broadcast with Karel Och will take place April 7 at 7pm (UTC/GMT +3 hours) on the OIFF Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/odesa_film_festival/.
The conversation will be in English. The audience can ask their questions during live broadcast and also send them before to the social pages of the Odesa International Film Festival in Facebook and Instagram by commenting the post announcing the live stream.
