Filmfestivals.com spotted this daring film by Carmen Stadler and sat down with the director prior to her world premiere at Black Nights Film Festival. Carmen Stadler is a swiss filmmaker (1978) who lives and works in Zurich. After an apprenticeship in photography, she studied film and video at the Zurich University of the Arts (zhdk). During her studies she attended seminars in directing, dramaturgy and acting by Stephan Teuwissen. Her diploma film "Nightfluttering " won several awards and was invited to many international film festivals. Since 2008 she has been a freelance screenwriter, director and editor, developing treatments and scripts. “Sekuritas” is her debut film.
In Sekuritas one of the main character the soon to be destroyed building has a final dream: feel love for the last time.
