Joining us for an In Conversation is Justice Singleton, daughter of the fabulous director, John Singleton. Justice will be sharing on her father’s legacy in filmmaking and love for the industry. We are so thrilled to have Justice joining us 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM today at The American Pavilion. She will be joined on the panel by Bruno Chatelin filmfestivals.com co founder and former distributor. He handled the film presence in Cannes in 1991 and will tell us how.
Get your vocal chords ready, because tonight is Karaoke Night at The American Pavilion, as well! Karaoke Night will be happening from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM and is open to all Pavilion members. A highlight of this year has been our wonderful, and talent-filled Emerging Filmmakers Showcases. What made this year special was the celebration of diversity and inclusion that was represented in this year’s selection. Of the 29 films chosen, 17 of those were directed or co-directed by women, and 11 were LGBTQ themed. We are excited to share with you the winners from this year, and they are as follows:
