New York Fashion Week CHRISTIAN SIRIANO Spring 2014 Runway Show was held during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2014 at Eyebeam Studio, New York, Saturday, September 7, 2013. Siriano’s Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) Spring collection inspired by his trip to Mexico is a celebration of the female form evolving from handmade textiles and crafts, tropical residential architectures, and the Caribbean coast. The romantic runway showcased a variety of delicate and powerful formal gowns, and ready-to-wear dresses, blouses, skirts, and pants in floral, Ostrich feather, asymmetrical, and metallic patterns. Front row celebrities at the show included president Fern Mallis, Fern Mallis, LLC, creator, executive producer Desiree Gruber, Project Runway, actress Selma Blair, and designer Siriano parents’.
