As a tourist to Transylvania, I cannot help but think about Coppola's canon film, 'Bram Stoker's Dracula' (1992).
Of course when I asked locals in Cluj, Transylvania about touring the region in search of the origin of the vampire myth, I learned that indeed it is just a myth. Well, no one can deny that whether Dracula's history is fact or fiction it unceasingly thrives in the world's collective un-conscience. So, it's fun to look back on the myth after having spent time in this fertile land of one of the world's most hallowed fables.
BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA (in my opinion) is one of Coppola's great masterpieces... The film adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel: 'Bram Stoker's Dracula'. Here are some scenes of the love story between Mina and Dracula... which could be read as a love story between life and death, or perhaps the love story between light and dark, or perhaps the love story of all attracting and conflicting opposites... Now, this is goooood! -Vanessa McMahon
