Written by ã 2008 Priestess Kandi Ranson all rights reserved Today Priestess Kandi Ranson and Dwayne Paul King, both of Kluckin Films, will be joined in union as one, with a horror themed reception to follow. Date: 8-8-08 Maidens of The Bride: Trashelle Price and Heather Price-Paukov Guardians of The Groom: Wendell Smith and Jeff Bracey Many will witness this union The ceremony is to be held outdoors; at a crossroads; on the first quarter moon (waxing). The bride will not be dressed in a traditional wedding gown. The couple will wear their choice of clothing for the ceremony. The bride often wears red, but this one will be wearing black. This symbolizes death to the old life and birth of the new. A circle is formed on the ground. It is large enough to handle then entire wedding party, and guests, with plenty of empty space in the center for the ceremony. Candles will mark the four cardinal directions. The temple is erected. An altar is located near the center of the circle. It is large enough to support the marriage documents; an athame; chalice; drinking horn; libation bowl wine; bread; ribbons; sword; candles; wand, and rings. A broomstick is laid beside the altar. Wildflowers may be spread inside the circle. If you plan to attend this joyous event, please call Priestess Kandi at 843-222-1307 for directions or more information.
