New York No Limits latest film series, 2011 Summer Film Series would like to invite filmmakers to submit his and her film. The criteria is simply films no longer than 30 minutes in length, produced after January 2009. All categories of film are encouraged to submit. We are happy to say that we have had many foreign language film submissions to our previous Series and we welcome foreign filmmakers to submit, as in quite a few instances the daring take of the international community is apparent. We also would like to encourage women filmmakers to submit as one of our main tenants is to showcase emerging or not readily seen talent. The past two Series were huge successes and the multi facted nature of the programs were startling and entertaining.
