The 37th Toronto International Film Festival announced its award recipients today at a reception at the Intercontinental Hotel Toronto. The 2008 Tribeca Film Festival, presented by American Express, today announced its line-up of short films. Out of 2,497 short film submissions received this year, 79 have been selected for participation, and will be presented in 11 thematic programs as well as preceding features.
