PICABIA curtain design is 2007 logo for Giornate del Cinema Muto

Picabia's curtain design for Relâche seen above, produced by the Ballets Suédois December 1924 at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Paris figures on this year's Giornate logo. On Picabia's curtain are the names of his "Journal de l'Instantanéisme," 391, and his three collaborators: Erik Satie (composer), Jean Borlin (lead dancer/choreographer), and Rolf de Maré (company founder/producer). René Clair directed Entr'acte as the cinematic intermission for Picabia's ballet
