The Tampa Bay Jewish Film Festival is held each March at the historic Tampa Theater in downtown Tampa, Florida. The TBJFF is committed to showcasing the best in international, independent and student films that contain jewish themes.

Cinerama will be held April 11-12 in the Reitz Union Theater of the University of Florida. All genres and film lengths are encouraged. Entries should be postmarked no later than April 3.

The Miami / Fort Lauderdale Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, a critically acclaimed event, is held in the world-renowned historic South Beach neighbourhood and features films by, about and of interest to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities.

The four-day Jacksonville Film Festival screens 60+ shorts and feature films and hosts the Grey Goose Gala, voted "Party of the Year" by Jacksonville Magazine.

The Central Florida Film Festival intends to use independent film to create a community of cultural experience and creative art education throughout the region. We are open to Documentary, Narrative Shorts and Feature length films.

PK Yonge National Student Film Festival is held in beautiful Gainesville, Fl. PKY is part of the Univ. of Florida and leads the way in innovative events at the k-12 level. Festival is open to students, DVD/VHS format.

line-up of films selected for the Documentary and Narrative Feature Film categories of the American Independent Competition for the 19th Annual Florida Film Festival, sponsored by Full Sail University. Three second U.S. screenings and nine East Coast premieres were selected, with 11 filmmakers making their feature directorial debuts and eight female directors represented among the 10 narrative films and 10 documentaries.
