The Bangkok International Film Festival is organized annually since 2003 by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), showcasing about 200 films (features and shorts) from around the world, with a special focus on Southeast Asian films.
In our 2nd year bringing award winning film to the beautiful resort island of Phuket, Thailand.
We will feature award winning features, shorts and documentaries AND act as a springboard for Thai film wishing to go international.
Filmmakers whose films are accepted for screening will be provided with full CineAsia Production participation (Dec 7-9), housing and r/t airfare Bangkok/Phuket AND the opportunity to pitch film to major studio executives attending from Hollywood.
