Marie Ange world premiered her first (Haitian) film in Montréal Croix des Bouquets.
She talked with filmfestivals.com at the 5 à 7 daily networking

Québecoise, Marie-Ange Barbancourt à contribué à
l'évolution du transculturalisme. Critique de cinéma, de théâtre, elle a un
bagage bien rempli. Elle a signé de nombreux reportage à travers le monde,
produit et réalisé des documentaires et séries documentaire. Elle prépare
actuellement la production du long-métrage de fiction intitulée croix des
bouquets.

The first woman of colour on Quebec television, Marie-Ange
Barbancourt has contributed to the evolution of transculturalism. She has a lot
of experience under her belt as a film and theatre critic. She has also
broadcast numerous news reports throughout the world, and produced and directed
documentary films and documentary series. She is currently working on producing
and directing a fiction feature film called “Croix des bouquets”.
