Le beau temps est de retour, les séances battent leur plein et après la sublime Cérémonie de remise du Prix Lumière hier, place aujourd’hui au tournage de la Sortie d’usine version Wim Wenders. Et demain, rendez-vous tous à la Halle Tony Garnier avec Jean-Jacques Annaud et la version restaurée de son chef-d’œuvre Le Nom de la rose. C’est l’apothéose de Lumière 2023 !

Le remake de la Sortie d'usine par Wim Wenders

Comme le veut la tradition, le Prix Lumière se prête aujourd'hui au jeu du tournage de La Sortie des usines Lumière, en hommage au premier film du Cinématographe par les frères Lumière.

Chaque année, pendant le festival, un remake de ce premier film de l'Histoire du cinéma est tourné sur le lieu même du premier tour de manivelle des frères Lumière, dans la rue devenue la rue du Premier-Film. Nous reviendrons sur ce tournage dans notre édition de demain.

Et Wim Wenders reçut le Prix Lumière

Acclamé telle une rock star par le public de l’Amphithéâtre 3000, Wim Wenders a fait une entrée triomphale dès les premières notes du tube I don´t want a lover du groupe Texas.

Wim Wenders :

« Je suis très fier d’avoir ce prix qui s’appelle Lumière. J’ai eu des prix dans ma vie, mais ça, c’est différent, c’est le prix du cinéma. Je ne veux pas dire qu’une Palme d’Or, c’est rien. Mais le Prix Lumière, c’est unique et j’en suis fier ».
