L'Europe autour de l'Europe: le festival se déroulera du 17 au 30 novembre 2021

Le printemps est arrivé mais l’horizon culturel est encore chargé d’inquiétude.

Étant donné la situation actuelle, il nous est malheureusement impossible d’organiser le Festival au mois de juin.
Comme nous sommes décidés de préserver L’Europe autour de l’Europe en tant que lieu de d’échanges, de découvertes et de joie, nous avons choisi d’attendre l’ouverture complète des salles pour vous présenter l’édition 2021 en novembre. Avec l’espoir que la crise qui traverse la planète sera derrière nous, le Festival se déroulera du 17 au 30 novembre 2021 dans nos salles partenaires. Cela n’exclut pas la présence virtuelle d’une partie de notre programmation afin de garder le souffle des films.

En attendant, nous maintenons nos rendez-vous cinématographiques en ligne pour présenter, comme nous l’avons promis, les films phares de l’édition 2020, les films annonçant l’édition 2021 et bien d’autres choses.

Dear friends,

The spring has arrived but the pandemic is still haunting our horizon.

Considering the current situation, we are sorry to say that holding the festival in June looks unrealistic.

We are resolute to preserve Europe by Europe as a joyous film celebration holding many exchanges and discoveries. Therefore, we have decided to wait for the full opening of cinemas and to present our 2021 edition in November. With the hope that the actual crisis will be behind us by that time, the festival will be held in-person from November 17 to November 30. Which does not exclude parallel online streaming of some part of our program in order to give festival films a larger visibility.

In the meantime, we are going ahead with our online events that will include - as promised - the best of 2020 edition, as well as foresights into 2021 and other surprises.

See you in the cinema theatres!
