The Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) announced today that the longest continually running film festival in the world will remain in June. In 2012 the 66th edition, which will run between 20 June and 1 July, will also see the return of the coveted Michael Powell Award for Best New British Feature Film. The MediaGuardian Edinburgh International Television Festival is the essential annual event for anyone working in television.
