“Your Script Produced!” Worldwide Screenwriting Competition sponsored by Doval Bacall Films. The sponsor will fully fund, develop, package and produce the Grand Prize Winning Film script for $250,000.00 USD. Open to anyone 18 years old or older. Anyone 16 or 17 years of age can submit, must have a parental consent form. No cap on income earned as a writer. Open to all non-union members. Doval Bacall is thrilled and honoured that the award winning multi talented filmmaker Emir Kusturica accepted to join the jury for season 2. Emir french and serbian nationality, he won two golden palms in Cannes (like Coppola) top prizes in Berlin and Venice Emir is a musician, an actor, a writer, a festival director (film : Kustendorf, music and theatre) he built and owns historical villages in Serbia and Bosnia Herzegovin, Drvengrad, was built for his film life is a miracle and hosts his festivals. He loves reading scripts and met Bruno Chatelin in the 90's when Bruno was handling Sony and Time of the Gipsies in Cannes. (his film was awarded a special jury prize for best directing)
