LATC Announces Postponement of 12th Edition of its Global Film & TV Program in Los Angeles until 2021

11th Edition of the LATC Global Film & TV Program Prepares Professionals for the Global Audiovisual Market and the American

Since 2009, LATC has held the Global Film & TV Program , an intensive immersion course in the audiovisual industry in Los Angeles. In its 11 editions, the Program had participants from 25 countries, for more than 250 professionals. The annual group of filmmakers, producers, screenwriters, attorneys and government officials had access to an exclusive agenda of professional meetings, panels and master classes with internationally recognized professionals, coinciding with the American Film Market, the most prestigious content market in the world.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and given that the Program relies on face-to-face meetings and presentations, as well as participants’ travel to Los Angeles, it will not be feasible to maintain it this year. Thus, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of participants from around the world, LATC has decided to postpone the 12 th edition of the Global Film & TV Program to November 2021. At that time LATC will continue its mission to connect selected professionals from around the world, disseminate technical and practical knowledge and prepare new talent for their insertion into international markets.

We hope that everyone can overcome this difficult moment by staying home and safely returning to their roune acvies as soon as possible! More information about previous editions is available on the official LATC Global Film & TV Program website. This Program is supported by the Independent Film & Television Alliance - IFTA and the Motion Picture Association - MPA.
