The call for Venice Gap Financing projects is open to European and international projects
La Biennale di Venezia announces that the new call for the Venice Gap-Financing Market opens on Monday February 3rd, the deadline for submitting projects is May 1st 2025. The twelfth edition of the Venice Gap-Financing Market will be held from 29th to 31st of August 2025, as part of the Venice Production Bridge of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival (27 August – 6 September 2025) directed by Alberto Barbera. The Venice Gap-Financing Market is a platform for selected projects that aims to support European and international producers to secure financing for their projects (Fiction, Documentaries, Immersive Projects) through one-to-one meetings with potential and pertinent international professionals (producers, sales agents, distributors, financiers, broadcasters and funds). All the invited professionals are decision-makers. This call is open to European and International projects for the following categories:
The 3-day event (29 - 31 August 2025) will present up to 45 selected European and International projects and Immersive Projects developed through the Biennale College Immersive.
