The 67th edition of the Festival del film Locarno will pay tribute to the French actor Jean-Pierre Léaud in awarding him a Pardo alla carriera, career award.
In honor of Jean-Pierre Léaud the Festival will screen 4 films spanning his career: Masculine-Feminine (Masculin Fémin, 1966) by Jean-Luc Godard, Two English Girls (Les Deux Anglaises et le Continent, 1971) by François Truffaut, The Mother and the Whore (La maman et la putain, 1973) by Jean Eustache, The Pornographer (Le pornographe, 2001) by Bertrand Bonello.
The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 6 August on the Piazza Grande.
