The Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival invites you to enjoy screenings of what we believe to be the best new feature films, documentaries, shorts and videos by filmmakers who posses an independent vision and operate to create innovative work outside the studio system. We honor these filmmakers with awards of merit and screenings at our Film Festival each December in Hollywood, CA. The Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival celebrates independent and international filmmaking from students to seasoned professionals and of any size budget under 20 million USD and as long as the film has been made in the last three years and has no significant American distribution.
