You have the Script
We have a way to get it to the Screen.
A Keynote Conversation with:
Paul Haggis, Award-winning Director, Writer and Producer: Show me a Hero. That’s the name of the new HBO mini-series, directed by Paul Haggis, which is rather fitting, considering Haggis is quite the hero himself. In 2004 and 2005, Haggis was the first screenwriter to write two Best Film Oscar winners back-to-back—Million Dollar Baby directed by Clint Eastwood, and Crash which he himself directed. Haggis also went on to receive his third screenplay Oscar nomination for his film Letters from Iwo Jima and continued to work on other notable projects such as Flags of our Fathers and In the Valley of Elijah. Although Haggis neither wears a cape nor fashions a giant “S” on his chest, there is no doubt that he is a hero and an inspiration to filmmakers everywhere.
