Feel Good Film FestivalThe 2012 5th International Feel Good Film Festival (FGFF) to be hosted by the Laemmle NoHo 7 Theater in the heart of North Hollywood’s Arts District,  will be held August 3-5, 2012. The Festival is dedicated to providing a platform for filmmakers worldwide with positive views on life and is proud to support the expansion of NoHo’s Arts District by screening at the District’s newest addition of Laemmle’s Theater.  Festival organizers look forward to making this 5th year anniversary a special one for every filmmaker, festival goers and supporters, and the general NoHo neighborhood.

The Feel Good Film Festival encourages the development, production, and distribution of films with happy endings, that make audiences laugh and that captures the beauty within us and within the world we share.  FGFF showcases feel-good features, shorts, student films, and screenplays including live-action, animation, comedy, documentaries, and drama with positive themes.

Notable past films screened include two Academy Award winning films – Westbank Story and God of Love – Valerie Weiss’ Losing Control, Rosa Karo’s The Italian Key, Showtime’s I Am Comic, and films from over 25 countries including Venezuela, Estonia, China, and Finland. A few of Feel Good’s past celebrity appearances include Rainn Wilson, Carlos Mencia, Cheryl Hines, Shirley Jones, Hal Sparks, Valente Rodriguez, Tom Kenny, Patrick Warburton and Ed Asner.
