Filmmaker Magazine asked their (mostly american) audience and produced this list of 25 "cool festivals".
Most likely with cool parties, free drinks, and open opportunities for indie filmmakers.
Not surprisingly the selection does not list international festivals (besides Locarno) nor established A listers.
