After over 20 years as a Food Network star, Tyler Florence has captivated millions of viewers on numerous hit shows. But his reach and influence goes well beyond his cooking shows, as he has built a multi-million dollar business with restaurants (Wayfare Tavern, Tyler Florence Fresh), cookware lines, a wine label, and an olive oil blend. Tyler’s compelling video content, which he creates himself, has landed him marketing partnerships with several large national brands including eHarmony, Rocky and Rosie Chicken and See’s Candy. For the past two years, Tyler has been instrumental in developing content and product strategy for Innit, an “Eating Technology” company developing the world’s first platform for the connected kitchen. As the Director of “Uncrushable,” Tyler brings to the screen a tightly woven story of hardship, loss, bravery and ultimately hope, one that shows viewers -- through community, food, music and love -- how to continue on after a natural disaster. The debut film under Tyler’s production company, The Monarch Collective, “Uncrushable” is perhaps his most personal and important project to date.
