Richard J. Fox
Executive Vice President,
Warner Bros. Entertainment International

A highly respected member of the international film community, Richard Fox serves as
Executive Vice President, International, Warner Bros Entertainment. A 35-year company
veteran, he works closely with Warner Bros.' senior management to develop
opportunities emerging from the company's international growth to expand newly
acquired businesses worldwide.

One of Fox's major responsibilities is managing the company's extensive indigenous film
production initiative, in which Warner Bros. Pictures serves as a producer, production
partner or distributor of local-language films in various countries around the world. A
guiding principle behind this initiative, beyond promoting cultural diversity, is to employ
local management and crews to produce films in a country's native language, while
working with the broadest range of in-country talent available. When applicable, the
Studio commits its worldwide resources to exporting these films beyond their country of
origin, bringing a "local" film to an international audience.

Fox also oversees Warner Bros. International Cinemas' operations, as well as works
closely with the Studio's International Theatrical Distribution, International Television,
Home Entertainment and Consumer Products divisions.

In November 2008, Fox received the honorary title Commendatore dell'Ordine al Merito
della Repubblica Italiana (Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic),
which is conferred by the President of the Italian Republic on Italian and foreign citizens
who have distinguished themselves through lasting contributions to Italian society. Fox
was recognized for his lifetime commitment to cultural diversity and for his significant
contribution to the development of local production in the Italian movie industry.

In February 2006, Fox was named Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of
the Order of Arts and Letters) for his lifetime commitment to cultural diversity as
exemplified by his achievements in the world of international film. This honor from the
French government recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves by their
contributions to creative life in France and throughout the world.

Paul Hanneman
Co-President,
Twentieth Century Fox International

Paul Hanneman has served as co-President of Twentieth Century Fox International since September of 2005. During his tenure, Fox International has enjoyed unprecedented success. Just last year, the overseas distributor earned a record $2.45 billion, the highest annual international box office cume ever in the industry. This achievement stemmed from the extraordinary results of several films over the course of the year, most notably AVATAR which, at a jaw-dropping $1.996 billion, is poised to break the $2 billion mark in the next few weeks and is now the highest grossing film of all time. Also in 2009, Fox's ICE AGE 3 collected a phenomenal international cume of $693 million to become the industry's third highest grossing film (now fourth all-time, following AVATAR's release) . In fact, Hanneman, together with Fox International co-President Tomas Jegeus, has helped launch three of the four highest grossing films in the industry overseas: AVATAR (#1), TITANIC (#2) and ICE AGE 3 (#4). In addition, he has overseen other recent hits such as KNIGHT AND DAY, X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE, JUMPER, ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS 1 and 2, WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 1 and 2, THE SIMPSONS MOVIE, DIE HARD 4.0, BORAT and THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA.

Having served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategic Planning for Fox International from 2002 to the fall of 2005, Hanneman was responsible for the development and execution of distribution strategies for the entire slate of releases, including STAR WARS: EPISODE III - REVENGE OF THE SITH, FANTASTIC FOUR, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW, X-MEN 2, STAR WARS: EPISODE II - ATTACK OF THE CLONES, ICE AGE and DIE ANOTHER DAY.

Hanneman first joined Fox International in 1990 and, after a year-long training stint in Panama and Australia, was made Managing Director of the Korean operation.  In 1993, he moved to Japan as Managing Director, supervising three of the top six Japanese releases at that time:  INDEPENDENCE DAY, DIE HARD 3 and SPEED.  From 1995 to 2002, he served as Senior Vice President, Asia/Pacific, managing the business across the region (13 markets) out of Hong Kong. In this role, he spearheaded the openings of such blockbusters as TITANIC and STAR WARS: EPISODE 1 - THE PHANTOM MENACE.

Prior to joining Fox, Hanneman worked as a Commercial Investment Agent for Norris, Beggs & Simpson in San Francisco.  He also served as Corporate Finance Associate at Bankers Trust Company in New York and Los Angeles from 1983 to 1985.  Hanneman holds an MBA in International Marketing from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a BBA from the University of Texas, having majored in International Business.

Hanneman is currently overseeing the distribution and marketing of several highly-anticipated releases including WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS, GULLIVER'S TRAVELS and THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE VOYAGE OF THE DAWN TREADER .
