IndieFest International launches August 9th, 2018 in Malibu, California

Join us for an evening of wine, music, and film in Malibu, California. Film Festival Flix and Rosenthal Estate Wines are excited to present IndieFest International at the Rosenthal Tasting Room in Malibu, CA on August 9, 2018. IndieFest International celebrates award-winning and standout independent films from around the world!

Take your photo on the red carpet, taste Rosenthal and Surfrider Wines, enjoy Jazz Funk music with DJ Arian Chamasmany, all while socializing with like-minded individuals. Make yourself comfortable as you watch films screened under the stars on a giant outdoor screen. Interact with the filmmakers and stars of the film, James Huang and Elizabeth Sandy during a Q&A and meet and greet following the screening.

Film Festival Flix CEO, Benjamin Oberman shares, “We’re excited to be presenting this festival in such an intimate and stunning outdoor location. SoCal is known for its movies, beaches, and lifestyle. After spending years traveling to festivals around the world, we’re bringing the best of those festival experiences to you.” Rosenthal General Manager, Amy Bergrud states, “Rosenthal is excited to partner with IndieFest International to showcase some fun, new films in our beautiful outdoor venue across from the Pacific Ocean. Outdoor films have been a part of our entertainment program for the past 2 years and this event will be an awesome addition.”

Tickets include one glass of wine, music, films, and onsite parking (for the first 50 vehicles).

8:00pm - 8:30pm: “Another Happy Anniversary”
8:30pm - 10:00pm: “Starting From Scratch” Q&A to follow

Outside food is allowed at this venue!
Feel free to bring your own snacks/dinner. Outside alcohol, however, is strictly prohibited.
The music and film screenings will be outdoors. We recommend bringing coats and/or blankets since the venue is by the beach so it may get chilly after dark.
