2010 New York International Latino Film Festival New York Premiere of GO FOR IT!

The 11th New York International Latino Film Festival 2010 (NYILFF10) New York Premiere of GO FOR IT!, directed by Carmen Marron, was held at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) Theater, New York, Thursday, July 29, 7:00 pm. A special Q&A
immediately followed with director Marron and cast members. NYILFF10 New York Premiere of GO FOR IT arrivals included cast members, international filmmakers, actors, producers, celebrity guests, industry professionals, and patrons.

GO FOR IT! is a powerful and provocative inner city story based on Carmen (Aimee Garcia), a teenager's decision whether to pursue her God given dance talent in a university or not. This film explores the competitiveness in the art of dance, student's academic challenges in a learning environment, economic and social depravity of inner city life.

GO FOR IT!, directed by Carmen Marron | Feature Drama | USA | 2010 | English | 88 min., New York Premiere Official Selection, 2010 New York International Latino Film Festival.  GO FOR IT! premieres at Urbanworld Film Festival by BET Networks.
