12th New York Intl Latino Film Festival Closing Night World Premiere of OUR LATIN THING Red Carpet Photos

The 12th New York International Latino Film Festival 2011 (NYILFF11) Closing Night World Premiere of OUR LATIN THING (NUESTRA COSA), by Academy Award winning filmmaker Leon Gast commenced Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the AMC Empire Cinema. Presented by American Airlines, sponsored by Heineken, the 40th anniversary remastered edition of FANIA All-Stars musical documentary OUR LATIN THING (NUESTRA COSA) is now available on DVD. Prior to screening, one lucky festival patron found underneath their theater seat a pair of round trip airline tickets to the island of Puerto Rico, compliments of American Airlines. NYILFF11 Closing Night After Party immediately followed at Highline Ballroom, New York.

NYILFF11 Closing Night Red Carpet arrivals included filmmakers, writers, actors, recording artists, industry executives, corporate sponsors, festival patrons, journalists, cast and crew (Leon Gast, Larry Harlow, Jonny Pacheco, Ismael Miranda).
