Join live video discussions, up to 25 every day, in the Networking Pavilion, AFM’s most interactive experience for attendees to meet. Discover small groups that share your vision, passion and goals. The Networking Pavilion schedule was just posted – check it out!

The Networking Pavilion is where everyone meets face-to-face!

In the Lobby and Mezzanine, bump into friends and connect with others in-between sessions, meetings and screenings.

On floors 3 – 7, join discussions and meetups that start every two hours. See the schedule below to connect with participants that share your interests and vision.

On the 8th floor, meet speakers after their sessions to continue the discussions.

The 9th floor is where you’ll find sponsors and supporters.

Schedule your own meetings and meet-ups on the 10th floor. See scheduling instructions below.

Tables on the 10th floor may be reserved by registered participants for two-hour meetings and meet-ups for up to six people. To schedule,  please send your request at least 12 hours in advance to networking@ifta-online.org with this information:

• Your name as it appears on your registration
• Time requested – must begin on the hour between 8:00AM and 7:00PM PDT.
• Table name – 15 characters maximum. The table name may be a discussion topic, your name, or the name of a non-profit organization. It cannot be a company name or the name of a film.

If we have a table available, we will confirm by email with your assigned table number. Your table name will be added about 5 minutes before your reserved time and removed at the end of the two hours. Questions? Write to networking@ifta-online.org.
