EFA General Assembly, New EFA Board

 


On Saturday morning, the EFA General Assembly included the announcement of the new EFA Board. The EFA Members have selected the new Board Members Tilde Corsi (Italy), Ira von Gienanth (Germany), Angeles Gonzáles-Sinde (Spain), Vanessa Henneman (Netherlands), Agnès Jaoui (France) and Ewa Puszczynska (Poland). They replace Adriana Chiesa di Palma (Italy), Stephan Hutter (Germany), Cedomir Kolar (France), Goran Paskaljevic (Serbia), Antonio Perez Perez (Spain) and Jani Thiltges (Luxembourg). A warm welcome and a hearted goodbye – Thank you!

Re-elected were Dagmar Jacobsen and Rebecca O'Brien. All EFA Board Members are elected for a period of two years.

The European Film Awards are presented in 15 categories and take place in Berlin every second year.

The 2013 edition returns to Berlin this December.

After Paris, Glasgow, London, Rome, Barcelona, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Bochum, Tallinn and Valletta the European Film Awards 2014 will take place in Riga,  Saturday, 13 December 2014
