WILLiFEST Kicks Off Tomorrow  and will  be celebrating the 7th year with a kick-off invitation only networking event this Thursday in Williamsburg which will be followed by the Opening Night Premiere at the Williamsburg Cinemas.

This year WILLiFEST presents the premiere of director Maggie Surovell's drama The Last Pickup.

Friday brings a full day and night of  screenings at two venues, Williamsburg Cinemas and new partner Videology, where our evening Filmmakers' Networking event will also take place at 8:30 pm.

Saturday kicks off with a block of family films at Williamsburg Cinemas at 1:00 pm. Our annual Industry Panels, Writers' Lounge, presented by Center for Active Learning, will take place at Videology at 2:00 pm and a Filmmaker Panel will take place at WILLiFEST Central/Sandbox between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. At 8:30 pm is our annual Networking After-Party, our highly anticipated bash that will be held once again at Barber Bart with vodka tastings provided by Balls Vodka. Saturday screenings at Williamsburg Cinemas also include our popular Student Film Competition featuring the best collegiate works from across the globe.

Sunday brings our Closing Day event at 1:00 pm at Videology. This year we present a block of music-themed shorts. A live musical performance will follow the screenings. At 5:00 pm is our annual Awards Ceremony.
