The Wanderers Final Market Screening

Buyers are cordially invited to the Market PREMIERE in Cannes of THE WANDERERS by Dragos Buliga

May 23 Olympia 9 at  5:30 pm

Please RSVP: Claudia Stavrositu

“THE WANDERERS” starring Armand Assante and Lior Ashkenazi is an independent production shot last summer in the breathtaking surroundings of Transylvania -Romania, based on a powerful and original script, with an outstanding cinematography and directed by a very talented Romanian director Dragos Buliga.

THE WANDERERS is an original feature film drawing inspiration from a wealth of dark fairytales and local Transylvanian legends to create a truly horrifying modern fable. And it is just the beginning for a series of adventures following the wanderers, a new species of cinematic demons.

The movie is a mystery thriller, where we discover the story of Louis Moudon (Armand Assante), a hardened vampire hunter and Robert Landau (Lior Ashkenazi), a journalist who are travelling to a reclusive village in Transilvania to unreveal the mystery surrounding a weird event which happened recently in Zalesky Castle.

They are guided by the young Romanian Sorana and are joined by the team of a sensationalist korean tv reality show, the couple Ji-Won and Sung-Ho.
The secret they untagle is deeper and more terrifying than they expected... The villagers seem to be tormented by the appearance of a young girl, who seems to be connected with the events that took place at the estated. The priests of the village are trying to protect their kin of an unspeakable evil, which falls on the village and the visitors. Louis is confroted with a startling revelation and forced to accept a frightening secret he tried to hide all along.
