Jonathan Komack-Martin, Vice president of Production for Trimark Pictures, has announced the production of the film Dogs which will be directed by Rusty Cundieff, best known for Fear Of A Black Hat, and produced by Darin Scott who was involved with Tales From the Hood and Love And a 45. The film is set to go before the cameras in June.
“We're thrilled to be working with a team as creative as Rusty and Darin,” Komack-Martin says. “We've been developing this project for quite a while so it's very satisfying to have the green light on this project.”
Dogs centres on a black couple who attempt to plan the perfect wedding despite the objections of their friends. The bride's friends and the groom friends set out to thwart the wedding plans-not realising that the other's friends are also manoeuvring against them.
